Job interview thank you letters. You can look at these in two ways. If you are the interviewer or the candidate being interviewed. Either way it is imperative that you send out thank you letters after interview.
If you are the interviewer and have just interviewed someone for a position within your company, then of course afterwards it is normal to send out a thank you letter for interview. Whether the candidate has been successful or not it is only good manners to do so.

After Interview Thank You Letter - Marketing
