Other important points to bear in mind are: Always check for spelling and grammar. Nothing is worse than a page full of mistakes. I suggest you have someone proof read your interview thank you note. Check, check and check again! Check the spelling of the interviewer's name and his or her correct job title. If your thank you notes are typed, always hand write your signature.
