When is Boss's day?

Boss's Day is celebrated in the US on October 16th and in the UK on March 24th each year.

Boss appreciation day dates back to 1958 when Patricia Bays Haroski, an employee at State Farm Insurance Company in Deerfield, Ill., registered the holiday with the Chamber of Commerce of the United States.

She chose October 16 because it was her father's birthday. The purpose of the day was to show appreciation for her boss and other bosses
